As a queer and genderqueer therapist, supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, adults, and partners is both an honor and a joy! Therapy wasn’t created with marginalized folks in mind, but our community has always been creative. Together, let’s explore ways to reclaim therapy as a space of expansion and radical permission.

I work with partners of all relationship structures and styles. Monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, mono-poly, queer, and kinky folks welcome!
Partners or couples therapy sessions are tailored to your unique relationship needs and can include two or more partners.

As a queer therapist with an undergraduate degree in education, I adore working with LGBTQIA+ teens. In addition to clinical skills and my background in education, I bring a lived understanding of queer identity and neurodivergence. If you’re seeking a therapist for your LGBT+ teen that really gets it and can support your family, please reach out.

Internal Family Systems* (IFS) is a transformative and evidence-supported form of parts-work. IFS can be hugely supportive for everything from complex trauma to grief to “why do I keep engaging in patterns that aren’t working for me?” The process of IFS encourages self-compassion and integration of self.
*Parts-work originated in indigenous and animist traditions that embrace the multiplicity of human experience . IFS is one application of parts-work , but it is far from the first.

Fellow neurodivergent folks, your unique minds are ever-so-welcome in this space! As a neuroqueer therapist, my top priority is making you feel as safe, seen, and understood as possible as we work towards your goals. I’m a very honest and direct therapist, and I’m always willing to adjust my communication style to better support my clients.
Additionally, I am happy to collaborate on accommodations. Let’s discuss what would make therapy as accessible as possible for your body and mind!

The process of re-integration and reclamation following complex trauma doesn’t come with a map, but you don’t have to find your way alone. We will navigate this process at the speed of trust; the speed that feels safest for your body. I utilize integrative therapeutic modalities, like IFS, somatic approaches, depth work, and feminist therapy— but the most important piece is compassionately listening to what your body and mind need.

Therapy can offer a space of radical permission for chronically ill and disabled folks: a space to unpack the moments of grief, celebration, and complexity that come from living in bodies that don’t fit neatly into ableist boxes. As someone who has navigated chronic illness and dynamic disability, we can hold that complexity together.
Additionally, I am always happy to collaborate on accommodations. Let’s discuss what would make therapy as accessible as possible for your body and mind!
